our all time holy grail powder has got to be the rcma no colour powder!! We've had it in our collection for quite a few months now and no matter what powder we test out we still come back to this one. it lasts so long because you don't need much of the powder and you actually get quite a lot of the product. the packaging may be seen as quite cheap but that doesn't bother us because it is the product itself that we love so the packaging doesn't particularly matter. what is also great about this powder is that it doesn't cause flashback when you have flash photos taken, so you don't end up with a white cast over your face in all your selfies!! it lasts all day even on our oily skin, with no need for touch ups throughout the day, and not only that but it keeps your foundation and concealer from creasing in fine lines, such as in your smile lines and under your eyes. it also helps to brighten under your eyes which is great if you tend to have dark circles. If you haven't already got this powder, you need to get your hands on it!! specifically because it retails for £13 on beauty bay which may seem a lot for a powder but considering how much you get, it would probably be about the same price as any other drugstore powder!! the rcma no colour powder is definitely beauty blog approved!! to purchase the rcma no colour powder, click the link below: fave.co/2zAlL0L

setting powders are something we don't actually test out much here at the beauty blog and we were getting bored of using the same powder all the time so we purchased the make up for ever hd powder to see if it was as good as the price tag makes us suspect. the packaging is quite heavy so definitely doesnt feel cheap. the powder itself is very fine milled and perfect for baking under the eyes and cutting your contour. when we baked under our eyes with it made our skin appear so much smoother and seemed to hide our texture and over-sized pores which we were definitely happy about!! we also noticed how much longer it made our makeup last with no need for touch ups at all through the day as the powder just seemed to suck up all the oil off our face which is another plus. but is it really worth the hefty price tag of £22?? unfortunately for our bank account we think it is as it's such a big pot so it'll last a long time and considering how much longer our makeup lasted and how we didnt need to touch up every so often, we definitely think its worth the money. we have most definitely found our new favourite powder which is why the make up for ever hd powder is beauty blog approved!!! p.s. to purchase the make up for ever hd powder, click the link below: fave.co/2iK7Ugk Laura mercier's translucent loose setting powder has been raved about by so many in the beauty community in the past and we wanted to review for you to see if it was really worth the hype.. i mean it's just a powder at the end of the day. so we purchased it online from feel unique for £29 which holey moley is a lot of dollar to be spending on powder but obviously it's from a high-end brand and blahh blahh blahh, but is it really worth the high price tag?!?!?!
