Anastasia Beverley Hills recently released their 3rd eyeshadow palette which they have called the Prism palette, but will it be a repeat of the subculture palette which we all know by now was a complete flop! but Woooooooow! the palette is even more pretty than we would have ever expected! Actually that’s not technically true, since abh dropped this baby on us out of no where and we didn’t have time to create expectations. ok so The palette is supposedly limited edition and has 14 eyeshadows which is the Same as the last two abh palettes. The palette contains 7 matte shades and 7 shimmers. although the ingredients are the same as the subculture palette, the formula is completely different, much creamier and softer, definitely not as powdery or patchy. There is a little bit of kick up but it’s definitely not as much fall out as the Subculture. this palette is definitely more on the Modern Renaissance level. Overall we're very impressed. Out of the 14 eyeshadows, only 1 of the shades flopped. However we noticed a lot of similarities to their previous palettes. the shade Lucid is definitely the flop of the palette, which is shame because it's a stunning shade but very similar to cube for the subculture palette and we found it difficult to swatch this shade, definitely not a great amount of pigmentation in this shade. there are definitely some similar shades in the palette, compared to the modern renaissance and subculture so if you already have one of those palette we wouldn't encourage you to run out and buy this palette, especially as it retails for £42!!! but if you don't have either of abh's first 2 palettes and you enjoy creating bold eye looks then we think this palette is definitely for you! overall, the prism palette is beauty blog approved! p.s. to purchase the abh prism palette, click the picture above and follow the link!!

Its only been about A MONTH AND A HALF AND RIHANNA'S ALREADY ADDED A NEW COLLECTION TO THE FENTY BEAUTY RANGE SO WE HAD TO TRY IT! THIS COLLECTION IS CALLED THE GALAXY COLLECTION AND INCLUDES AN EYESHADOW PALETTE, BRUSH, EYELINERS, LIPSTICKS AND LIP GLITTERS BUT FOR NOW WE JUST WANTED TO TEST OUT THE EYESHADOW PALETTE. The palette retails for £39 at harvey nichols which is the average price for a high end eyeshadow palette, but is it really worth the money?? Not only is the packaging gorgeous but the shadows are so pretty and also has some neutral tones that can be used to create a daytime look but also enough shades to create fun and glam looks for a night out. The glitter pigmentation in the shades is also so blinding we absolutely love it. This palette is definitely a must have and it is definitely as good as it looks. you get the best pigmentation out of the glitter shades when using a wet brush but omg riri has done it again, we think this palette is absolutely out of this world (no pun intended). we definitely recommend this palette as it is well worth the money and it is beauty blog approve!!! to purchase the palette from harvey nichols online, follow the link below: www.harveynichols.com/brand/fenty-beauty/644959-galaxy-eyeshadow-palette/p3002404/ Stila's magnificent metals liquid eyeshadow collection has been making its rounds of the beauty community for a whle now and all weve heard is good reviews but we wanted to test it for ourselves to see if it really was worth the hype. stila is a highend makeup brand and the liquid eyeshadow retails for £23 on beauty bay and cult beauty, we think this is quite expensive for just 1 eyeshadow shade!! the collection has 8 shades for you to choose from so we purchased the shade diamond dust. Huda beauty is a high end beauty brand that everyone seems to loVe but their products dont come cheap. For example, their new desert dusk eyeshadow palette retails for £56 on cult beauty online. The palette contains 18 eyeshadows which include 8 matte Shades, 6 pressed pearl Shades, 3 duo chrome topper shades and 1 Glitter Shade. The packaging is goRgeous and similar to the packaging of the false eyelashes, which Many people Use to post pictures wIth the Packaging covering their eyes. Hi, my name is Amber. The product I'll be reviewing in my collaboration with the beauty blog is the Juvia's Place mini masquerade palette. I bought this palette from Beauty Bay for £30, which is really cheap for the quality and the size of the palette. There's 10 shimmer shades and 6 matte shades. They are so pigmented it's crazy, a little goes a long way. Also, considering they are bold and bright pinks and blues, they are not hard to blend. You can create so many different looks with this, it's great for both autumn and summer, with a great range of orange tones and crazy colours. I have inserted some pictures below of the finished look i have created using the palette. Thank you for reading my review. My Instagram is @ambermoonbeauty and I will be doing videos soon. www.beautybay.com/cosmetics/juviasplace/minimasqueradepalette/ Hi, my name is la-che and The following video is a review on The Urban Decay Smoky palette. the palette is amazing for a casual look or date night. It was very diverse and not every colour was dark, I like how you could take a lighter shade and still make it pop. It was very good to my skin. I love how it had colours that could blend well with each other. I would definitely recommend this palette especially for the fall season. This is my very first review video, I'm starting from the bottom so I was not able to do my original tutorial So this is just a brief video showing how lovely the Urban Decay Naked Smoky eye shadow pallet, I love how the colors just pop and how good they blend in with my skin tone. I'm not a professional, I'm learning with you all. Thanks for watching and i look forward to creating more collaborative posts with the beauty blog!!!! www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/prod_10701_10001_123932046199_-1 The Tarte Amazonian clay palette has been spreading its way across the makeup community for quite some time now so we thought we'd test it out. On the description it says that It's an all matte palette with 12 exclusive eyeshadows. we bought the palette from the amazon uk website at £45.51 as you can only purchase tarte products from qvc and amazon in the uk. when testing the shadows out on primed lids, it was clear to see how pigmented the shadows were and we didn't need to pick much product up on the brush in order to get high pigmentation, which saves on wasting product with fall out. the shades are long lasting on the lid, although this may have been due to primer. The shades are gorgeous and all matte, meaning you can use them all in your crease, would have been nice to have a shade with a little shimmer for the lid but having all mattes is so much more universal and the price point isn't too bad, considering you get 12 highly pigmented shades and remembering that tarte is a high end makeup brand. we would definitely purchase again and will continue to use this palette in the future. the Tarte Amazonian clay palette is beauty blog approved To get the palette in the uk for £45.51, click the link below:
www.amazon.co.uk/Tarte-Tartelette-Amazonian-Eyeshadow-Palette/dp/B00Q1Y5ZPO Before we start on the review of this stunning palette, we would just like to say how much we love urban decay as a brand and how much we have enjoyed using their other eyeshadow palettes. When testing the palette, it was clear to see that urban decay had made sure it was as pigmented as their previous naked palettes. the shades were easy to blend and the brush that comes with the palette was also great to blend the shadows out with. The shadows are all matte, which means they all work great as crease colours. The packaging is STUNNING and has the biggest mirror I've seen in a palette, MEANING IT WOULD BE GREAT FOR TRAVEL. the RANGE OF colours IN THIS PALETTE MEANS THAT YOU can create A RANGE OF looks. THIS PALETTE IS MOST DEFINITELY BEAUTY BLOG APPROVED To purchase the palette online, click the link below:

We purchased the palette from beauty bay for £41.00 and it contains 14 eyeshadows, ranging from ultra-mattes to duo chromes and to metallic finishes. When swatching the shadows, it seemed that some were more pigmented than others but swatches don't always show how it'll react on the eyelid with primer so we ignored this issue. when applying the eyeshadows to primed eyelids, several of them still didn't have great pigmentation. the shadows were very powdery and were difficult to blend on the lid. when trying to blend them they became patchy and seemed to only stick to certain places on the eyelid. for £41.00 this is not something we expected from a high end palette, the whole palette was hit and miss for us and so at the price point it is not beauty blog approved. If you're still interested in the subculture palette, you can purchase it from beautybay.com for £41.00 by clicking the link below:
