the Maybelline tattoo brow tint is the newest beauty product to hit the shelves of the drugstores across the uk and weve seen some good and some bad reviews but we wanted to see what it was all about so we purchased one from superdrug. the product retails for £12.99 which has got to be one of Maybelline's more expensive products considering they are a drugstore makeup brand, at that price it also makes it more expensive than some brow tints, such as the eylure dybrow which will only set you back £7.50 and lasts for a week or so.

as you may all know, Anastasia Beverley hills is known mainly for their brilliant brow products, such as the brow wiz and the dip brow pomade, so we thought we'd test out the dip brow and test out the brow wiz in a separate review a little later on. so onto the dip brow review. the abh dip brow has been making its rounds in the makeup community for a while now and boasts a smudge free, creamy formula which glides effortlessly onto the skin and adheres to the brow hairs for optimal definition. but we wanted to make sure that what they say is true. so we purchased the pomade from beauty bay for £15 which isn't too bad of a price point considering Anastasia Beverley hills is a high end brand. when applying the product to our brows with an angled brow brush, we fell in love straight away with how creamy and easy to apply the product was. the pigmentation was brilliant, ensuring the brows weren't patchy or looked sparse and it added great definition to the brows. this product is definitely to be used by those who go for a more defined or bolder brow rather than a natural brow. throughout the day, the product didn't budge, even on oily skin and stayed as pigmented as when first applied. so overall, the Anastasia Beverley hills dip brow pomade is most definitely beauty blog approved
so this is now our second review of an Anastasia Beverley hills brow product and this time were testing out the brow wiz. so we purchased the abh brow wiz from beauty from £15.50 which is a similar price to their dip brow so again, the price point isn't bad at all considering its from a high end brand. the product description says that "the brow wiz is an ultra fine pencil designed to shape, fill and 'plump out' sparse or unshapely brows. It avoids the 'coloured in' look using a skinny, mechanical nib that can mimic even the finest hairs, coupled with a brush for convenient blending. You can fake fuller brows in an instant thanks to a spectrum of natural shades - and you won't be caught short sans sharpener - just twist. Nobody need ever know that your elegant, face framing arches were quickly drawn on in the back of the taxi!" when applying the product to our products, we applied in soft hair-like strokes as to mimic the effect of having actual brow hairs in sparse areas. the great thing about this product is that you can use it to either create natural, fuller looking brows or to create bolder more defined brows with harder strokes. the pigmentation is great and the product allows you to have full control of how much is applied and how pigmented the application is. the spooley on the other end of the product is great for blending the product out to make the brows look more natural. overall, we think this product is brilliant and we think we might even love more than we loved the dip brow from Anastasia Beverley hills!! the Anastasia Beverley hills brow wiz is most definitely beauty blog approved To purchase the Anastasia Beverley hills brow wiz, click the link below:
